Here’s what to expect when acquiring a timepiece through us.

Watch Authenticity

We source our watches from reputable dealers that we’ve worked with for years. All our watches are 100% authentic, brand new and comes with their original boxes, straps (if applicable) instruction booklets and their 2 year manufacturer’s international warranty.

Ordering a Watch

We require all watches to be paid via wire transfer in full before we order and deliver any timepiece. We’re sorry but we do not accept credit cards.

Shipping

Clients wishing to pick up watches in Hong Kong or the US can enjoy a complimentary delivery service. International clients have the flexibility in choosing a preferred shipping method, please inquire with us for more details. Please be advised that shipping to certain country may incur import duties. 

Pricing & Currency

We offer preferred pricing on our timepieces, usually quoted in Euros or USD. We’ll be more than happy to help you convert prices into other currencies. 

Refunds

Since we order timepieces on demand specifically for clients, we unfortunately cannot accept any returns or exchanges.
